Since our founding in 2005, Global Link Management has aimed higher, looking to solve environmental and social issues through its business. Over the last two decades, we have worked diligently to provide real estate that is truly needed by society and sustainable services for future generations that serve as a source of pride.

Based on this thinking, and conscious of our links to the global environment and the future, we are working to solve environmental and social issues by capitalizing on our strengths of purchasing power and planning ability, through such activities as developing environmentally friendly real estate, dealing with inheritance issues (land planning business), and renovating existing properties (real estate revitalization business).
Given that digital technology has significantly changed the nature of economic and social activities in recent years, we launched a DX business in 2023 that utilizes advanced AI technologies.
Proactively investing in people and businesses in the domains that support economic and social activities, including our traditional real estate business and digital transformation, will position us to create sustainable value for the environment and society and contribute to a prosperous future.

We established the Group Policy called GLM1000, for the period leading up to 2040. The number 1000 refers to our target ordinary income of 100 billion yen, which is within range based on our rapid growth of 25% CAGR since our IPO in 2017.
To achieve the Group Policy, under the 2025 Medium-Term Management Plan we target net sales of 100 billion yen, gross profit of 17 billion yen, and ordinary income of 10 billion yen. With these in mind, we will continue to strive to maintain and sustain a CAGR of 25% going forward.
Toward this goal, in the real estate business domain, we aim to achieve profit growth in excess of 25% by using our existing development business, centered on ESG-oriented residential properties, as a base, and by using the land planning and revitalization businesses as growth drivers. In addition, in the DX business domain, we will harness DX to contribute to improving per capita productivity and profitability in the real estate business domain, while providing services to customers in various industries and striving to enhance corporate value.

The word “link,” which is at the heart of our company name, embodies the aspirations we have had since the company was founded.
We will carry out sustainable corporate activities globally that lead to people's well-being and a prosperous society. We will continue to embrace our ambitions with the aspirations engraved in our company name.
