Purpose of Formulating a Medium-Term Management Plan
In the course of discussions toward the formulation of the 2025 Mid-Term Management Plan, we have
decided to establish a group philosophy separate from our corporate philosophy related to the real
estate business, taking into consideration the long-term establishment of various group
companies.
In formulating the group mission, we conducted group work with executive members excluding
directors, and formulated the group mission based on the group work and interviews with each
director.
Even as we expand our business and develop new ventures, we have formalized the GLM spirit—the
culture that our group employees value and wish to preserve—and established it separately from our
values.
Financial Targets (KGI for FY2027) in 2025 Medium-term Management Plan (GLM100)
We aim for net sales of 100,000 million yen and ordinary income of 10,000 million yen in FY2027.
