The Company discloses information in accordance with the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act and other relevant laws and regulations ("Related Laws and Regulations") and the timely disclosure rules set forth by the financial instruments exchanges on which the Company's shares are listed.
Even if information does not fall under the scope of the Relevant Laws and Regulations or the timely disclosure rules, the Company will actively and fairly disclose information that is considered to have an impact on investment decisions or that is useful for deepening understanding of the Company.
Method of Information Disclosure
The Company discloses information according to the Relevant Laws and Regulations by means in stipulated in these same Relevant Laws and Regulations, and discloses information that falls under the timely disclosure rules through the Timely Disclosure Network (TDnet) provided by the Tokyo Stock Exchange. Information disclosures are promptly published on the Company's website.
Information that the Company deems appropriate to disclose, even if it does not fall under the Relevant Laws and Regulations or the timely disclosure rules, will be disclosed in an appropriate manner to ensure that it is communicated to shareholders, investors, and other stakeholders.
When disclosing information, the Company will strive to ensure that it is fair and easy to understand in order to obtain correct understanding and appropriate evaluation from stakeholders and to build and maintain sustainable relationships of trust.

Policy Concerning the Handling of Undisclosed Material
The Company will strive to disclose information fairly so that undisclosed material information and voluntarily disclosed information are not selectively disclosed only to specific shareholders and investors. The interests, opinions, concerns, and evaluations of stakeholders obtained through these activities are reported to the management and the Board of Directors, and are used not only to improve engagement with stakeholders but also to enhance the Company's management and corporate value.
Silent Period
In order to prevent the divulgation of financial results-related information before the announcement of financial results and to ensure fairness, the Company will observe a silent period from two weeks before the end of each quarter to the date of the announcement of financial results. During this period, in principle, the Company will not respond to comments, questions, or inquiries related to its financial results. However, in the event that there is a possibility that business results will deviate significantly from forecasts during the silent period, or if facts that fall under the category of timely disclosure occur, the Company will disclose information in accordance with the timely disclosure rules.
